Job summary

Blackstone Education is recruiting an Expert Led Occupational Therapist to join a client in the Hillingdon area on a temp or permanent basis. The role focuses on delivering an Experts at Hand model of practice in mainstream schools, training staff and supporting whole-school intervention plans.

You will work across Hillingdon, Uxbridge and Isleworth, leading universal strategies and targeted interventions, supervising Therapists and Assistants, and contributing to EHCP/ISP processes as required.

Qualifications

• Must hold HCPC registration and a relevant OT degree (BSc or MSc).
• Proven supervisory experience within education or clinical settings.
• Experience in delivering professional supervision and developing training programs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver staff training and consultation in mainstream school settings.
• Support schools with sensory and functional participation needs.
• Support sensory supportive environments and whole-school intervention planning.
• Supervise Therapists and Assistants.
• Contribute to EHCP/ISP processes and annual reviews as needed.
• Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to implement interventions.
