Key responsibilities:

• Act as the Manufacturing Representative for Manufacturing Projects, ensuring successful implementation.
• Solve problems, investigate deviation events, and propose corrective and preventive actions in collaboration with other business areas.
• Participate in technical equipment and process training for operations staff.
• Support Plant Leads and MSAT with process mapping.
• Manage Facility and Fabric works.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, protocols, and reports.
• Support Customer meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Key requirements:

• Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Strong understanding of company policy, external legislation, and regulation impacts on working practices.
• Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve causes of faults in plant, systems, and components.
• Excellent interpersonal and mentoring skills.
• Exercise autonomy and judgement within well-defined parameters.
