About the Job:

As an Experimentation Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for presenting LaunchDarkly’s experimentation offering while also being able to educate LaunchDarkly customers on experimentation best practices. You will be regarded as a subject matter expert on all things experimentation, so a strong background in either experimentation tools and techniques, from either a consultation background or practical experience is a must.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead strategic initiatives to identify and engage with key design partners and lighthouse customers, offering technical expertise and pitching innovative solutions that align with organizational goals.
2. Play a critical role in gathering and integrating customer feedback, market trends, and competitive insights into the product development lifecycle, ensuring solutions meet evolving market demands.
3. Facilitate cross-functional technical workshops and collaborative discussions with both internal teams and external stakeholders, driving alignment on new product offerings and solutions.
4. Spearhead the early-stage implementation and adoption of new products, working closely with design partners and lighthouse customers to ensure seamless deployment and measurable impact.
5. Be an experimentation subject matter expert for the entire revenue team.
6. Work closely with LaunchDarkly customers, be a trusted advisor and offer prescriptive guidance on how to maximize the value of their use of LaunchDarkly and experimentation practices.
7. Partner and work closely with the product team on the experimentation feature set of LaunchDarkly.
8. Develop content internally and externally to enable the team on use cases of LaunchDarkly.
9. Work cross-functionally with other LD technical teams (e.g., Sales Engineering, Demo Engineering, Business Value, Product Marketing, Customer Success, & Integrations).
10. Work closely with select Partners and outside technical teams (enablement partners, complementary vendors).

Qualifications:

1. Proven subject matter expertise in the experimentation space.
2. Hands-on experimentation implementation experience.
3. Provide thought leadership and business development activities for all things experimentation.
4. Experience talking to a breadth of people from practitioner to senior executives.
5. Possess the ability to build strong relationships and partnerships with prospects and customers.
6. Ability to communicate the value of having a mature experimentation practice and how LaunchDarkly fits into that practice.
7. Strong collaboration skills with key stakeholders in and outside of the revenue organization.
8. Technical understanding of feature management.
