Job summary

Mustard is seeking an experienced Event Producer (Experiential & Live Events) in London with a hybrid work arrangement. The role suits someone from an experiential/events agency, capable of owning major projects from concept through live delivery and client management.

The successful candidate will work on brand activations, product launches, festivals, touring experiences and installations across the UK and internationally, with a strong focus on delivery excellence.

Responsibilities

Event Producer, Experiential & Live Events

Location: London, hybrid

I'm working with an exciting experiential events agency looking for an experienced event Producer or Senior Producer to join their London team.

This could suit an established Producer approaching Senior Producer level, or an experienced Senior Producer looking for a new challenge.

The key requirement is like-for-like experiential/events agency experience. This is a busy team with a strong pipeline, so they need someone who understands the agency environment and can step in, take ownership and hit the ground running.

You'll work across brand activations, product launches, festivals, touring experiences and installations, delivering projects in the UK and internationally.

The Role

You'll take ownership of projects from initial brief through to live delivery, including:

• Producing large-scale experiential and live event projects in the UK and internationally
• Building project plans, production schedules, budgets and delivery strategies
• Working closely with creative teams to turn ambitious concepts into practical, buildable experiences
• Leading production across venues, installations, temporary builds, staging and event infrastructure
• Managing client relationships throughout the project lifecycle
• Sourcing, briefing and managing suppliers, contractors and specialist partners
• Overseeing build, install, live delivery and de-rig
• Developing operational plans around guest journeys, accreditation, ingress and egress
• Building, managing and reconciling production budgets
• Negotiating with suppliers and maintaining strong commercial control
• Briefing and coordinating multidisciplinary production teams
• Staying calm, practical and solutions-focused when things change on site
• Supporting and mentoring more junior team members

At Senior Producer level, you'll take greater ownership of major projects, pitches, senior client relationships and wider project teams.

About You

Like-for-like agency experience is essential for this one.

We're looking for someone currently working, or recently working, within an experiential, brand experience or live events agency, producing projects for multiple clients.

You'll ideally bring:

• Strong experiential/events agency-side production experience
• Experience across brand activations, launches, festivals, installations, touring experiences or large-scale live events
• Confidence owning projects without significant guidance
• Strong production, budgeting and project management skills
• Experience managing suppliers, contractors and external production partners
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• A practical, collaborative and solutions-focused approach
• The ability to manage multiple projects within a fast-moving agency environment

For clarity, this isn't the right role for someone whose experience is predominantly venue-side event management, event staffing/touring or television production. The team needs someone who already understands the pace, processes and client demands of an experiential agency.

The Setup

This is a full-time London position with a hybrid setup, predominantly studio-based with one regular WFH day each week.

International travel may be required depending on the project.
