Requirements
Full UK Driving Licence (Essential) – You’ll be driving to multiple sites daily.
3+ Years Professional Window Cleaning Experience (Essential) – High-rise, commercial, or residential.
Tech-Savvy – Comfortable using a smartphone, apps, and basic computer systems for job tracking.
Strong COSHH & Health & Safety Knowledge – Safety-first mindset.
Early Starts & Weather-Resilient – Work begins early; must be prepared for all conditions.
Physically Fit & Detail-Oriented – Ability to handle ladders, WFP systems, and equipment.
Leadership Skills – Experience managing/supervising teams is a plus.
Professional & Reliable – Punctual, well-presented, and excellent communication skills.
Experience with Water-Fed Pole (WFP) systems.

Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Essential):
Familiarity with route planning for efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Perform high-quality window cleaning (commercial/residential) across London.
Drive to multiple sites daily – maintaining company vehicles (if provided).
Work independently or lead a small team – ensuring jobs are completed on time.
Follow strict safety protocols – including COSHH regulations.
Manage equipment & supplies – ensuring everything is stocked and maintained.
Liaise with clients – professional communication and problem-solving.
Complete a paid trial shift – to assess suitability.
