Job description

At Articulate Marketing, we specialise in crafting strategic, high-performingB2B websitesthat are a pleasure to use and easy to manage. As a certified B Corporation we support ambitious technology companies with smart, creative, conversion-focused digital experiences.

This role is all aboutwebsite design— no mobile apps or e-commerce platforms — just brilliant, strategic, content-driven marketing websites.

We’re looking for an experiencedWebsite Designerwho can combine creativity with strategic thinking and a strong grasp of UX/UI best practices. If you’ve worked in HubSpot CMS before, fantastic. If not, we’ll get you up to speed.

What You’ll Do

As part of our collaborative in-house team, you will:

  • Design clean, modern, responsivemarketing websitesaligned with client goals and strategy — not e-commerce or mobile apps.
  • Bring your ideas to life with strong rationales that align design choices with business and user objectives.
  • Create wireframes, visual mockups and design systems using tools like Figma.
  • Applywebsite design best practices, including UX/UI, responsive design and accessibility principles — consistently and with care.
  • ️ Tacklecreative problem solvingthrough bothlateral and critical thinking, contributing innovative solutions to design challenges.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, writers, designers
  • Support website builds in HubSpot CMS (training provided if needed).
  • Contribute to other design work — includinglogos, branding assets, andmarketing collateral like eBooks, whitepapers and case studies.

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

  • Have proven professionalwebsite designexperience, ideally in an agency environment.
  • Demonstrate strong conceptual thinking with the ability to defend and articulate design decisions.
  • Are proficient in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Understand and apply UX/UI, accessibility, and responsive design principles across all your work.
  • Communicate clearly and collaborate smoothly with both technical and non-technical colleagues.

Desirable but not essential:

  • Familiarity withHubSpot CMS, or other CMS platforms like WordPress or Webflow.
  • Some knowledge of HTML/CSS or how to work efficiently with developers.
  • A marketing mindset, with an eye for conversions, SEO and content design.
