We have a structured rota ensuring each vet a guaranteed mix of farm, equine and small animal work, with set operating days included to allow time to work up individual cases to a high standard. 15 minute consults in bite-sized consulting blocks as standard. We hold biweekly clinical meetings to allow for case discussion and collaboration, or just a catch up!
