Are you an experienced classroom leader without QTS? Ready to step up and own the room?

If you’ve been leading lessons, managing behaviour, and supporting pupils without the official "teacher" title — this role is for you.

We’re partnering with a fantastic group of Chelmsford primary schools looking for confident, experienced Unqualified Teachers / Cover Supervisors who are already proving they can run a class like a pro.
