Who We’re Looking For:

Classroom leaders without QTS

Cover Supervisors or HLTAs with primary experience

Teaching Assistants already managing lessons

Individuals with strong behaviour management and initiative

Confident communicators, ready to engage young learners

6 months classroom experience (UK Primary)

Excellent behaviour and classroom control

Adaptability across EYFS, KS1 or KS2

Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
