Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Experienced Transport Operator role based in Felixstowe. The Experienced Transport Operator is responsible for safely operating vehicles to transport containers between ports, depots, and customer locations, following all traffic and company regulations. Daily tasks include planning routes, checking loads and vehicle condition, completing delivery and collection paperwork, and coordinating schedules with the transport office. The role also involves communicating professionally with customers and colleagues, adhering to safety and compliance standards, and responding to changing operational requirements. The successful candidate will contribute to maintaining high service levels through timely deliveries and proactive problem-solving.
