Experienced Subsidence Claims Technician
We now have an exciting opportunity for a subsidence Adjuster Executive within our award-winning Subsidence Services Division.
Acting as a focal point for clients and their customers, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of domestic and commercial claims up to an agreed value. Following training and licensing, you will be empowered to make all decisions on your claims. The key requirement is to accelerate claims through to conclusion, achieved by high levels of autonomy.
You will be the first point of contact for customers and clients, supporting and resolving any queries they may have. You will progress claims towards conclusion with the authority to make all technical decisions on the claim. You will produce client-specific reports and documentation for the customer, ensuring an accurate action plan is maintained throughout the claim and all stakeholders are updated when any revisions are introduced. You will be responsible for the reserve accuracy of the claim and liaise with suppliers to ensure progress and delivery of services provided by our suppliers.
