Full time posts for Registered Nurses have opened up in Nightingale Ward. We are a team of dynamic and energetic nurses and nursing assistants who look after patients under surgical and medical teams. We are looking for compassionate and skilled registered nurses to join our medical and surgical wards, each with 14 beds. Candidates should have a valid nursing license and preferably experience in medical or surgical nursing. We offer a supportive work environment and opportunities for professional growth. Our ward Nightingale Ward has a group of skilled experienced nurses and nurse specialists. They are a vibrant team of people who look out for each other as much as we do our patients.
We manage the emergency general surgical pathways and a variety of short stay benign cases. This involves complex pre and post op surgical and medical care, managing both the physical and psychological changes for our patients, we also follow enhanced recovery pathways to reduce the length of stay. Whilst maintaining a high standard of care to ensure a safe discharge we work together with a large multidisciplinary team who all play a pivotal role in the care of our patients.
