Job summary

Frontier Consulting is recruiting experienced children's Social Workers (Band 7 & 8) in Manchester. The role spans Families First and Support & Protection Teams, with SMART working offering flexible patterns. A market factor supplement of £2,400 per annum (pro rata) supports attraction and retention.

We seek practitioners who thrive in supportive supervision, can manage meaningful caseloads, and contribute to service improvement. Hybrid working arrangements are available.

Responsibilities

• Join Families First Team and Support & Protection Team to safeguard children and support families.
• Work with casework focused on children at risk of or experiencing significant harm.

Job description

We're hiring children's Band 7 & 8 Social Wokers to join the following teams:

• Families First Team
• Support & Protection Team

Market Factor Supplement

To support the attraction and retention of experienced social workers, we offer a market factor supplement of £2,400 per annum (pro rata), paid monthly and reviewed annually.
