Job summary

The Veterinary Centre Glasgow, part of Inspiring Vet Care, invites an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join a well‑established small animal practice in the West End. Enjoy a balanced mix of consultations, surgery and diagnostics with a collaborative team committed to high standards of patient care and ongoing learning.

We offer a 40-hour work week across 4 days, with a 1 in 5 Saturday rota and no out‑of‑hours duties, as emergency cover is provided by Vets Now Glasgow.

Qualifications

• Experienced Veterinary Surgeon with a track record of high standards of patient care.
• Interest in developing surgical skills and postgraduate qualifications.
• Willingness to engage in ongoing learning and team-based development.

Responsibilities

• Provide a varied first‑opinion caseload with consultations, surgery and diagnostics.
• Collaborate with an experienced team focused on learning and patient care excellence.
• Support ongoing professional development including postgraduate certificates and CPD.
