A family-owned automotive dealership in Canterbury is seeking an Experienced Service Advisor. You will provide exemplary customer service, manage service bookings, and be the main point of contact for customers. The role requires prior customer service experience in the motor industry and a full clean UK driving license. The position offers a 45-hour work week and various company benefits, including 32 days annual holiday.

Barretts BMW have an opportunity for an Experienced Service Advisor to join our Aftersales Department in Canterbury, Kent.

The successful applicant will be able to extend an exceptional level of customer service and deliver a ‘Customer First’ experience. You must have excellent communication skills, be well organised and be able to remain calm under pressure.

You would be required to work a 45-hour week. Working hours would be 07:30 – 17:30 Monday to Friday with a 1-hour lunch break & a 1 in 5 pro rata on a Saturday, 8:00 -13:00.
