This global law firm is currently recruiting a Senior Associate to join its Corporate Transaction team in either Edinburgh or Glasgow. The ideal candidate should have between 2-6 years’ PQE and possess knowledge of corporate transactions within the M&A and equity funding environment. The team handles all types of corporate transactions, UK-wide and often with an international dimension. The practice includes M&A, private equity and other equity funding, equity capital markets transactions, joint ventures, and other strategic alliances, as well as corporate recovery mandates for both public and private companies. A 4-day workweek and remote working options will be considered.
