Pay: £85-£95

Location: Redruth

The role is based just outside of Redruth in a thriving Academy school. You will work with various pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups. Candidates should have previous experience in similar roles. You will use your strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with children and provide activities that support emotional development and enhance learning.

Responsibilities:
  1. Provide specialist 1:1 and small group support to students.
  2. Act as a positive and resilient role model for children, parents, and the community.

  • A genuine desire to be part of a committed educational team.
