Job Description:
As a Sales Negotiator, you will be the key point of contact for prospective buyers, guiding them through the sales process of premium residential properties in one of London's most sought-after neighbourhoods. Your role is to facilitate smooth transactions, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the overall success of our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Greet and qualify prospective buyers, providing exceptional customer service and tailored property advice.
- Property Viewings: Arrange and conduct property viewings, highlighting features and answering client questions to foster interest.
- Negotiation: Act as the intermediary between buyers and the sales team, negotiating offers and ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Sales Progression: Manage the sales process from initial enquiry to exchange of contracts, liaising with solicitors, mortgage advisors, and other stakeholders.
- Market Knowledge: Stay informed about local property market trends, developments, and competitor activity to provide accurate and timely advice.
- Administration: Maintain detailed records of client interactions, viewings, and negotiations using CRM systems.
- Target Achievement: Work towards sales targets and KPIs, contributing to the overall growth and reputation
- Compliance: Ensure all activities adhere to legal and company standards, including fair housing regulations and data protection policies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in property sales or a related customer-facing role (one year)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Knowledge of the Battersea and Nine Elms area is advantageous.
- Passion for property and delivering excellent client service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
