Pear Recruitment – Senior Sales Negotiator – West Essex

Salary - £20,000 – £25,000, OTE up to £50,000 - £60,000 + Car allowance

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:45am-6:00pm, Saturday 9:00am-4:00pm with day off in lieu (5 day working week)

Are you a successful Sales Negotiator with a minimum of 2-3 year’s experience looking for an exciting new role within Estate Agency?

Our client an established agent within the Essex area is looking for an individual who is well spoken, genuine and loves what they do. Working in a fast paced and professional environment with a successful agency who care about their staff, you will be a valued member of their team who will be appreciated for your hard work and dedication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Effectively build and maintain relationships with applicants and Vendors.
  • Fully qualify applicants gaining a thorough understanding of the applicant’s motivation for their search to design the best possible tour for them.
  • Plan and execute viewing tours ensuring they are designed to be as structured and fruitful as possible.
  • Assessing buyers’ financial position and referring them to suitable mortgage brokers and solicitors.
  • Remaining proactive throughout the conveyancing process i.e. instigating surveys and chasing up solicitors/buyers for documentation.
