Job summary

Royal College of General Practitioners is seeking a GP to join a small, well-structured practice offering 4–6 sessions per week with very flexible hours and limited home visits handled by ANPs.

You will be part of a network that supports clinical development, with access to multiple portfolio opportunities and an established support system, including EMIS practice and NHS Pension.

Job description

A genuinely manageable GP workload.

This is a well-structured 4-6 session role within a small, established practice, offering a highly flexible working day, very rare home visits, and strong ANP support. You will join a small team of GPs that meet every week for a comprehensive review of cases and other notable events, and will have plenty of opportunity to pursue your clinical interests, with the surgery part of a larger network of practices that can offer excellent portfolio opportunities.

Workload & Structure

• 4-6 sessions, to include Thursdays and Fridays
• Flexible start time
• Just 13 patients per session
• 10 or 15-minute appointments or a mixture of both
• ANPs conducting majority of home visits
• No enhanced access requirement but can opt-in for extra money
