Experienced Residential Project Architects

Qualifications, Skills, and Expertise:

  • ARB and RIBA registered architect
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience post-Part III
  • Experience on medium to large scale mixed-use residential projects from RIBA Stages 0-3
  • Experience chairing Design Team Meetings and Workshops
  • Experience in a client-facing role, leading communication with clients and external consultants
  • Experience managing internal project teams and coordinating with external consultants, with good time management and design programming skills
  • Understanding of current Building Regulations and relevant statutory standards
  • Knowledge of Revit preferred
