In this role, you will be responsible for managing reservation operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team to achieve performance targets. You will collaborate with other departments to enhance guest experiences and optimize revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage the reservations team and oversee daily operations.
2. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence.
3. Analyze booking trends and implement strategies to maximize revenue.
4. Provide training and development for team members.
5. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote hotel offerings.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Proven experience in a reservations management role or similar.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
4. Proficiency in reservation systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
