A growing recruitment agency in Leigh-on-Sea is seeking an Experienced Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of their desk and boost earnings potential. The role requires proven recruitment experience, strong client relationship skills, and the ability to generate new business. This position offers a competitive salary of up to £35,000 with OTE of £60,000+, and is office-based, Monday to Friday.
