We are looking to add a Recruitment Consultant to our high-performing team in Sheffield, specialising in Secondary Education Recruitment.

The role & benefits as Recruitment Consultant at Career Teachers (part of the Affinity Workforce Solutions Group)

  • Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (depending on experience)
  • Uncapped commission structure

You will join an experienced and high-performing team based in Sheffield City Centre, who all embody our core brand values, and work collaboratively to achieve their overall goals! The team are experts within the education recruitment industry and have ambitious growth plans over the coming months and years and are looking to welcome a target-driven team player.

Role responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for education-based roles - specialising in Secondary Education Recruitment.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their staffing needs are met efficiently and effectively.
  • Proactively engage in business development activities to establish new partnerships with schools and educational institutions.
  • Identify and attract high-quality candidates for education positions through various sourcing methods.
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships through both face-to-face and remote interactions.

What you will need to succeed:

  • A Minimum of 12 months experience operating within the Recruitment Industry or in a Sales / Business Development role.
  • Demonstrate a high level of motivation and take ownership of your desk, treating it as your own business.
  • Showcase your drive to succeed and build a thriving career within the education recruitment sector.
  • The desire to genuinely want an opportunity to further enhance their career in recruitment with a well-established and reputable brand.
  • Target driven and goal-orientated.
