The role involves handling a variety of property transactions including acquisitions, disposals, and Land Registry applications. The successful candidate should have prior experience in the social housing sector and excellent communication skills. A hybrid working pattern is available after initial office training. Our client, a well-established law firm, is seeking to appoint an experienced Property Paralegal to join their expanding team.
You will be providing key support within the busy Social Housing Property department. The work will be varied and will cover a wide range of transactions, including acquisitions and disposals, plot sales, shared ownership matters (such as staircasing, assignments, and lease extensions), Land Registry applications and requisitions, as well as other general property matters.
The role will initially be office-based in Exeter to allow for integration into the team and access to training and support. A hybrid working pattern is available following this, although the successful candidate will be expected to attend the office at least two days per week, as well as for court hearings and other work-related commitments.
