Job summary

Curtis Furniture is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee hotel bedroom projects from order to installation across the UK. You will be the central point of contact, ensuring projects run to schedule, on budget, and to the high standards our clients expect.

We value organised, proactive managers who can coordinate with design, manufacturing and logistics teams on-site, while maintaining clear communication with clients and contractors.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally within furniture, fit-out, or manufacturing.
• Able to coordinate multiple stakeholders and teams across design, manufacturing and logistics.
• Strong communication skills with clients and internal teams.
• Experience managing projects on-site and ensuring quality, budget and timeline adherence.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate hotel bedroom projects from order to installation, ensuring on-time delivery and to high standards.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, tracking progress and resolving issues.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing and logistics teams to keep projects on-site and on-schedule.
• Act as main point of contact for clients and contractors, maintaining clear documentation and communication.
• Monitor timelines and budgets, ensuring compliance and quality control throughout the project lifecycle.

The Role

As Project Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating hotel bedroom projects from order to installation. Youll be the central point of contact, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the high standards our clients expect.

• Ensuring quality, safety, and customer satisfaction at every stage
• Managing multiple hotel bedroom projects from order through to completion
• Coordinating with design, manufacturing, and logistics teams on:site
• Acting as the main point of contact for clients and contractors
• Managing timelines, budgets, and project documentation
• Identifying and resolving issues proactively to keep projects on track

About You

We're looking for someone who:

• Has proven experience as a Project Manager , ideally within furniture, fit:out, or manufacturing
• Is organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple projects
• Communicates clearly and professionally with both clients and internal teams
• Enjoys working in a collaborative, on:site environment
• Holds a full UK driving licence
• Takes pride in delivering high:quality results
