The Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Primary Teacher to join our team from September 2025. The successful candidate must have UK QTS and be willing to teach in either EYFS, KS1, or KS2, depending on school needs.

This role also offers the chance to take on middle leadership responsibilities, allowing the successful candidate to contribute to whole-school development while continuing to make a direct impact in the classroom. Areas of responsibility may include:

  • Subject Leadership (e.g., English, Maths, Science, or a foundation subject).
  • Phase Leadership (EYFS, KS1, or KS2).
  • Pastoral and Well-being Initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and high-quality lessons that cater to diverse learning needs.
  • Take on middle leadership responsibilities, contributing to whole-school improvement.
  • Support colleagues through mentoring, coaching, or professional development initiatives.
  • Assess and monitor pupil progress, ensuring high expectations and strong outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with senior leaders and other staff to drive school-wide initiatives.
  • Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and the wider school community.
  • Maintain high standards of behaviour management and inclusivity.

The Ideal Candidate:

UK QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) – Essential
At least three years of teaching experience in a UK primary school (MPS3 and above).
A strong track record of high-quality teaching and pupil progress.
Interest in or experience with middle leadership responsibilities.
Passionate about curriculum development, pastoral care, or subject leadership.
Strong communication, teamwork, and organisational skills.
A proactive and reflective approach to professional development.
