Qualifications

NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing or equivalent.
5+ years experience in plumbing core trades.
Experience working in occupied premises.
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong health and safety mindset and practices.
Ability to work well in a team.
Proficient with mobile tech (iPads/PDAs).

Responsibilities

Complete plumbing repairs and maintenance tasks across reactive repairs and other teams as needed.
Repair domestic plumbing installations.
Install replacement sanitary ware, baths, shower trays, and related fittings.
Install kitchen sinks and new pipework (copper, speed fit, waste, rainwater).
Install taps and valves; repair sundry items.
Install/repair water mains, heating pipework, and drainage stop taps.
Install and repair domestic appliances like showers and washing machines.
Vent and unvented cylinder heads (HWSS qualified or equivalent).
Maintain cold water storage tanks.
