Main Responsibilities

What we’re looking for:

• Experience making Modenese-style pizza
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen
• Comfortable working evenings and weekends (essential)
• Good understanding of food hygiene and health & safety
• Able to speak and understand English
• Experience with gas/wood-fired ovens (training provided)

Your Role:

• Shifts typically run from 11am to 7pm
• Maintain a clean workstation and help with general kitchen duties
• Work independently on quiet days and as part of a team on busy days
• Supportive team environment where everyone helps each other
