Job summary

Able Group is seeking pest controllers to join our reactive maintenance team on a self-employed/contracting basis in Eastbourne. The role offers flexible, local work and the opportunity to top up earnings around your current workload.

You will need RSPH Level 2 or equivalent, BPCA/NPTA membership, and be able to fill out COSHH risk assessments. Access to your own vehicle and professional presentation are required. Able Group provides 24-hour support and manages scheduling and customer contact.

Qualifications

• Have qualifications in RSPH Level 2 or Equivalent.
• Hold a BPCA/NPTA membership and be able to fill out COSHH risk assessment.
• Carry sufficient stock to complete most basic replace/refit works.
• Be willing to cover emergency/time-sensitive works during normal hours, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide quotes and alternative solutions on jobs when required.
• Cover emergency/time-sensitive works during normal working hours as well as evenings and weekends.
• Travel to and from job sites using your own vehicle.
• Maintain a polite, professional manner and keep works tidy.
• Work with Estate Agents, Housing Associations and Facility/Property Management for property maintenance.

Due to high demand Able Group are currently looking for pest controllers to join our fast-paced working team to cover reactive work for us on a self-employed/contracting basis. Whether you want to top-up your current earnings around your existing workload or find a new revenue stream entirely.

You will need to:

• Have qualifications in RSPH Level 2 or Equivalent, hold a BPCA/NPTA membership and be able to fill out COSSH risk assessment
• Carry sufficient stock to be able to complete most of the basic replace/refit works,

• Be confident in able resolve issues in a quickly and time efficient manner
• Have access to your own works vehicle to travel to and from job,
• Act in a polite and professional manner,
• Be clean and tidy on all works
• Not only do we operate a service for domestic customers, but we also work closely with Estate Agents, Housing Associations and Facility/Property Management, for their everyday property maintenance needs
• Health and Safety Qualification,
• Risk Assessment Qualification (preferred not essential)
