Experienced Part II/Architectural Technician

Full-time | London |

Trevor Horne Architects (THA) is seeking a highly skilled Part II Architect/Architectural Technician with a strong track record in contract administration and construction detailing to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the production of detailed technical drawings and construction packages
• Administer construction contracts, including site inspections and issuing instructions
• Resolve complex construction detailing in line with current UK standards and building regulations
• Collaborate closely with project architects and external consultants through all RIBA stages
• Attend site meetings and coordinate contractor queries and construction progress

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a UK architecture practice
• Strong understanding of traditional and contemporary construction methods
• Proficient in ArchiCAD
• Excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction standards
• Experience with JCT contract administration
• Detail-focused, organised, and proactive communicator
