Part 2 Architectural Assistant/ Newly Qualified Architect

Location: Bicester (Predominantly home based)

Salary: GBP27:36,000 DOE

An award:winning architectural practice based in Bicester is seeking an experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant or Newly Qualified Architect to join their growing team. This predominantly remote role (four days from home, one in the office) is perfect for someone self:motivated, organised, and ready to take ownership of their work. The ideal candidate will have strong design and technical skills, a proactive attitude, and a genuine desire to progress within a supportive, design:focused environment. This is a great opportunity to become an integral part of a collaborative studio delivering multi:residential housing, along with substantial experience in commercial to residential development.

Daily Duties

• Developing designs from concept through to technical detail
• Producing drawings, 3D models, and presentation materials
• Liaising with clients, consultants, and contractors
• Managing workload and deadlines independently
• Supporting project delivery across all stages
  
  

Ideal Candidate

• Part 2 qualified or recently ARB:registered Architect
• Strong portfolio with creative and technical work
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent time management and communication skills
