Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in paraplanning or technical financial planning environment.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Preparing suitability reports and recommendation letters across a range of financial planning areas.
• Carrying out technical research and analysis to support adviser recommendations.
• Reviewing client objectives, circumstances and existing arrangements.
• Producing cashflow modelling and financial planning analysis where required.
• Supporting advice across pensions, investments, retirement planning, protection and tax-efficient planning.
• Liaising closely with Financial Planners before and after client meetings.
• Preparing technical information and supporting documentation for client meetings.
• Ensuring advice documentation meets internal compliance and regulatory standards.
• Liaising with providers and platforms where additional technical information is required.
• Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring cases progress efficiently.
• Keeping up to date with regulatory, legislative and product developments.
