Hydrogen Group is assisting a large international bank to recruit an experienced paralegal to join their legal team as a go-to subject-matter expert. You will work closely with the business, conducting legal research and helping draft and review a wide range of banking and derivatives documentation.

Responsibilities include NDA review, transactional support, and managing relationships with external panel law firms.

Competenze

• Strong academic record with a 2:1 or above from a top university.
• At least 1 year of experience as a paralegal.

Mansioni

• Carry out legal research and assist in drafting and reviewing NDA's and banking/derivative documentation.
• Provide transactional support and assist with various banking-related legal documents.
• Help manage relationships with external third-party panel law firms.

Our client is a large international bank and they are looking to hire an experienced paralegal to join their highly regarded legal team as a 'go to' Paralegal. The successful candidate will be working in a tight-knit team and sitting closely with the business. Responsibilities include carrying out legal research and assisting in drafting and reviewing a wide range of legal documentation such as NDA's, as well as general banking and derivative documentation and transactional support. You will also help manage relationships with external third parties, particularly panel law firms.

Skills required

• Strong academics, achieved a 2:1 or above at a top university
• At least 1 year experience gained as a paralegal.
• Experience working in the finance or corporate department of a law firm or in a bank would be highly advantageous.
