Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Painter and Decorator for a permanent role covering Gloucester and Cheltenham, to work on social housing reactive maintenance projects.

You will undertake maintenance and painting across domestic properties, including some external work, and travel between sites in a company van while coordinating with other trades and reporting progress to the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Good painting experience.
• Experience working on social housing projects.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• DBS check will be conducted for successful candidate.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance work/disrepair on domestic properties.
• Painting and decorating – all aspects.
• Some external painting work possibly.
• Travel between sites in a company van.
• Report progress to supervisor.
• Work alongside other trades and teams.
