Qualifications

• City and Guilds Apprenticeship in Paint Spraying or equivalent.
• Substantial experience in paint spraying and shot blasting.
• Understanding of Health and Safety policies in paint plant environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure paint shop processes and procedures are maintained including EPA requirements.
• Maintain high standards of health and safety.
• Assist Team Leader with paint shop performance and KPIs.
