Perfect Placement is seeking an experienced Paint Sprayer for a reputable bodyshop in Crawley. You will prepare, paint and polish vehicles to high standards, collaborating with the smart repair team to meet customer expectations and deadlines.

The role offers a competitive £45,000–£55,000 base salary with realistic OTE of £65,000, plus a 42.5-hour week, optional overtime, and 25 days holiday with bank holidays. Career progression within a growing business is available.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer within a busy bodyshop environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Good understanding of vehicle refinishing techniques and materials.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
