This role is part of our Project Management Consultancy which focuses on:
- Understanding what the real problems of projects are
- Implementing the best solutions to those problems
- Developing scalable best practices, tools and technology
More specifically you will join the Integrated Project Controls Systems (IPCS) team who are industry leaders in improving delivery of complex projects through deployment of the most suitable software on the market.

2. To create scalable and repeatable solutions to common problems
3. To develop yourself and everyone around you

2. Develop impactful solutions: Leverage your planning and project controls expertise to design and configure scalable, optimized and fit-for-purpose solutions on Oracle systems.
3. Manage people and process: While great technical solutions are important, successfully deploying them to a large user base requires more than just a good config. 4. Report and inform: Provide simple actionable reports to stakeholders at all levels that help them deliver their part of the project more efficiently and effectively.
5. Develop everyone: Maximise the development of your team personally and professionally and educate our clients to improve as well. (even if you are junior you can help your leader develop too!).

What matters most to us is your attitude, drive, and people skills. We’re looking for someone who has a knack for configuring Oracle systems and some experience in planning and project controls in the construction industry.
