Join our Advice and Contact team, where we focus on prevention and early support, working creatively to make a real difference in peoples lives. Were looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist who shares our values of compassion, respect, and collaboration.

In this role, you will carry out strengths-based assessments, often in challenging or sensitive situations, helping people live as independently and safely as possible. You will manage a varied caseload, including complex cases, and assess risk, recommend adaptations, and source bespoke equipment solutions. Youll also play a key role in safeguarding, moving and handling assessments, and supporting carers.

You will work closely with health and social care professionals, always keeping the person at the centre of your practice.

Were looking for someone who is HCPC registered, with at least two years post-qualification experience and a strong understanding of relevant legislation. You will be confident in managing risk, leading on complex cases, and contributing to service development.
