Job summary

Cupar Motorcycles Ltd is seeking a full-time experienced motorcycle technician to join our new workshop facilities in a rural setting in eastern Scotland. The role covers servicing, diagnostics, new bike PDI, used bike prep and MOTs, with the opportunity to work across Suzuki, Kawasaki and QJ Motor franchises and other brands.

The candidate should have extensive experience in modern motorcycle maintenance, diagnostics and repair, and must hold a full motorcycle licence.

Qualifications

• Full motorcycle licence is required.
• Experience in modern motorcycle maintenance, service, diagnostics and repair.
• Ability to perform service work to high standard within service schedules.
• Confidence to work with all brands of motorcycle.

Responsibilities

• Servicing, diagnostics, new bike PDI, used bike prep, MOTs and all workshop duties.
• Work with Suzuki, Kawasaki and QJ Motor franchises as well as other brands.
• Franchise training can be provided.

Job description

A position available at Cupar Motorcycles Ltd for a full time experienced motorcycle tech. Join us at our brand new workshops facilities in a beautiful rural setting on the East of Scotland.

5 days, Tuesday-Sat 8.30am-5pm, rota late night Wednesdays during our summer hours. The ideal candidate will have the following skills.

Previous experience in modern motorcycle maintenance, service, diagnostics and repair. The ability to carry out service work to a high standard within service schedule times. Confidence to work with all brands of motorcycle.

The skills and ambition to work towards Franchise master tech level. Training will be provided.

MOT ticket an advantage, but not essential.

Full motorcycle licence required.

We are looking for a candidate to join our team working with Suzuki, Kawasaki and QJ Motor franchises as well as all other brands.

Duties will include servicing, diagnostics, new bike PDI, used bike prep, MOT’s and all things workshop related.

Franchise training can be provided, wage negotiable dependant on experience and ability Please note that this job is for a new year start.
