Job summary

Countrywide Mortgage Services in Maidstone is seeking an experienced Mortgage and Protection Advisor to excel in the mortgage services industry. You will join our well-known Mann Estate Agency team, focusing on improving customer experience throughout the mortgage process.

We offer superb training and development with clear career progression, uncapped commission, and quality bonuses. You will generate new business from leads provided by our estate agency colleagues and drive excellent service

Qualifications

• Hold CeMAP or industry equivalent qualification.
• Been a mortgage consultant for at least 12 months and have held CAS status.
• Able to generate new business in a target driven environment.
• Outstanding customer care / customer service experience. Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Building relationships with the Estate Agency teams to provide training and support.
• Attracting new customers and business, whilst being motivated to achieve professional goals within a result-driven environment.
• Walking customers through the entire mortgage service, including providing advice on a range of products to meet customer needs.
• Participating in regular branch meetings to discuss best practice and build lasting relationships.
