Job Opportunity: Experienced Mortgage Advisor

Due to continued growth, our market-leading, award-winning Estate Agency client is seeking Experienced Mortgage Advisors to join their successful team. This is a full-time, permanent position based at their central hub in Quedgeley, Gloucester.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct face-to-face and telephone appointments with clients
2. Provide advice and recommendations to clients
3. Arrange mortgages and protection policies to meet KPIs
4. Respond promptly and effectively to client communications
5. Motivate and communicate effectively with colleagues

Candidate Attributes:

• Full CeMap qualification or equivalent CF1 & CF6
• Minimum of 12 months Mortgage Advisor experience
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Results-driven attitude

Working Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm; Saturday 9am – 5pm, with a day off during the week (option to swap up to 2 Saturdays per month)

Salary: Up to £60k OTE, including basic salary, car allowance, and a generous commission structure
