This is an exciting opportunity to join our Leisure, Travel & Tourism team in London as an experienced hire.

How you will create impact:
  • You will work with leading companies in the hospitality and travel sector, including major airlines, rail operators, cruise lines, hotel chains, and tour operators to grow their topline through the development and implementation of robust long-term strategies.
  • You will be part of a dynamic team of industry experts, working directly with our Global Head of Leisure and Travel, based in London.
  • You will be hands-on in developing commercial strategies based on robust analytical foundations, working with the team daily to create client deliverables.
  • You will have the opportunity to collaborate with our digital and software product teams in our Elevate and Engine divisions.
Your profile:
  • 5+ years of experience within the hospitality and travel industry, with experience in a strategy function, either in-house or as a third-party consultant.
  • You are comfortable discussing revenue management, related analytics, and leading projects on this topic.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience overseeing data scientists and programmers to develop pricing systems is a plus.
  • A minimum of a 2:1 degree in a numerate discipline.
  • A passion for commercial issues.
  • Extremely articulate, able to simplify complex ideas compellingly.
  • Entrepreneurial, curious, and driven.
  • Motivated to build high-performing teams.
