Location: West Heath, B31 Hourly Rate: £12.26 Contract: Permanent | Day Shifts

In this role, you will support adults with learning disabilities, autism, ADHD, and mental health needs, helping them navigate everyday life with confidence and dignity.

About You:

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in supported living environments, particularly with individuals with Autism and ADHD
  • Naturally patient, compassionate, and enjoys spending time with animals or engaging in activities like computer gaming
  • A driver with access to a vehicle – Preferred for flexible day shift support
  • Skilled in managing challenging behaviours with empathy and professionalism
  • An excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing
  • Proactive in delivering community-based support
  • Deeply committed to safeguarding and promoting the wellbeing of those in their care
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support individuals in developing independent living skills
  • Assist with daily routines such as meals, appointments, and household tasks
  • Facilitate participation in social and community activities
  • Maintain detailed care documentation, including risk assessments
  • Foster positive outcomes and personal growth for those you support
