Position Summary: To provide maintenance and repairs on a wide variety of residential and commercial heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems according to company/manufacturing standards and local codes.

Required Qualifications:

1. HVAC Tech CT license B2, D2 or S2
2. EPA cert or NATE Certs
3. Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
4. EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling License
5. Demonstrate willingness to invest in tools used in Service of HVAC equipment
6. Demonstrate willingness to invest time in service training seminars and classes
7. Safely work from extension ladders, step ladders, scissor and genie lifts
8. Knowledge to problem solve HVAC service calls on most major brands of equipment
9. Understand and communicate benefits of preventative maintenance and build customer loyalty
10. Demonstrate good customer service skills and have ability to communicate clearly ideas and explanations of problems to residential and commercial customers and coworkers
11. Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility, control non-productive time, breaks and time off
12. Experience in training and mentoring service technicians and apprentices
13. Accurately and completely maintain records, including web-based Customer Service Management System (Complete customer files may include job photos, drawings, equipment information, inventory summaries, warranty documentation and other applicable documentation)
