Experienced Landscapers/Crew Leaders

Full-time position in London

Our Landscape team plays a significant role in the property management of over 65 properties and nearly 10,000 residents. We are seeking Experienced Landscapers who are looking for year-round work, full-time hours, and a career.

We are a family-owned and operated company with 65 years of experience. Since 1958, we have been constructing and managing rental apartment towers across Southwestern Ontario, providing homes to thousands of Canadians.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Turf maintenance - grass cutting/trimming using self-propelled mowers and gas trimmers
• New landscape and irrigation installations
• Weeding, cultivating, and edging garden beds
• Property clean-up using backpack blowers
• Garbage collection, including litter, bulk, and cardboard
• Snow plowing/shoveling during winter season
• Rental unit turnovers, including carpet tear-out, kitchen and bath renovations
• Safe and responsible operation of equipment, vehicles, tools, and supplies

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-5 years of industry knowledge and experience
• Valid and clean driver’s license and abstract, Class G license
• Strong work ethic, organized, attention to detail, and positive attitude
• Ability to work under pressure and complete projects within deadlines
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Knowledge of turf and plant identification is an asset
• Physical fitness to perform all duties, including lifting, pushing, kneeling, and bending for extended periods

Note: Student seasonal wage is $18-$19/hour.
