Job Title – Experienced Inbound Groups Coordinator – Fluent Spanish

Department/Sector – Travel

Job Location – London

Salary – £25k – £30k plus commission

You will be joining the groups department specialising in travel around the UK and Europe.
To apply for the role you must have three plus years experience of booking inbound tours to the United Kingdom. In the role you will work over the next year to become a team leader/manager of the department.

There is a lot of scope for business development, operations, and managing the team.

The team you will be joining are highly dynamic and are committed to providing the best value experience.
You will need attention to detail and have a personal touch; you will be joining an experienced, creative, and multi-lingual team.

In the role you will be helping clients with itineraries across the United Kingdom and Europe.

My client needs a new member of staff that has passion, dedication, and commitment to join their dynamic and friendly team. You will follow every step of your group from quotation until they return home.

Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with any cancellations or amendments including schedule changes
  • Manage the team
  • Motivate the team
  • Offering excellent customer service with every client transaction
  • Utilising account management skills in order to retain and grow business
  • Booking flights and hotels for groups of 10 passengers or more
  • Offering advice regarding destinations, best/most cost effective carriers etc.
  • To make sure that all offers are sent out in our standard format and are all entered into tour plan and that any amendments are all tracked in tour plan as well

Skills required:

  • Be a leader
  • Three years experience of inbound travel
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Previous travel experience, ideally from within the Business Travel sector
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
