A leading recruitment consultancy in the North West is seeking an experienced HR Recruitment Consultant to manage both interim and permanent HR assignments. The role offers a hybrid working model, a 4-day working week, and uncapped commission on a competitive salary.
Experienced HR Recruitment Consultant
Location: Adlington, Chorley (Hybrid - 2 days per week in the office)
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience + up to 25% commission (uncapped)
Working Pattern: 4-day working week (Monday to Thursday)

About the Role
You will be responsible for managing both interim and permanent HR assignments across a wide range of sectors and industries. We operate a 360 model, so you'll have full ownership of your desk, backed by a strong brand, a loyal network, and a values-led culture that prioritises quality over quantity.
