We are recruiting for hospitality waiting/bar staff to work with us at the Principality Stadium in Cardiff for our upcoming events.

Main Responsibilities:

• Engage with guests within our hospitality suites/lounges to enhance their experience
• Provide exceptional guest service
• Take orders, serve food & beverages, clear tables
• Communicate guest requests efficiently and accurately with kitchen and colleagues
• Replenish stock in bar areas
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar/lounge areas

Requirements:

• Must be 18 or over
• Minimum 2 years experience in hospitality setting - waiting or bar
• Great attention to detail and impeccable standards
• Excellent communication skills and a vibrant personality
