Fresh Horticultural Careers is seeking an Experienced Horticultural Assistant to join our team in Slough. You will manage plant displays, perform seasonal planting, and protect displays from pests and diseases, while representing the company at client sites.

The role requires a full UK driving licence and the ability to travel to Burnham. This permanent position offers full-time hours, with early start times and overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in horticulture or plant knowledge.
• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Reliable and professional attitude.
• Ability to travel to Burnham (SL1 8DT) as needed.

Job Details

Our client is a leading plant display company working across London and the Southeast. Due to growth, we're looking for Experienced Horticultural Assistants to join our team.

Role

• Maintain internal & external plant displays
• Seasonal planting & replanting
• Identify and treat pests/diseases
• Use tools, ladders, and equipment safely
• Work at customer sites and represent the company

Hours

• Start 4-5am, finish 2-3pm (average)
• Weekend work available
